摘要
从供应商与厨电企业的角度探讨其两阶段供应链管理的现状,分析了厨电企业参与电商平台竞争导致较大的需求波动、缺乏与供应商的深度合作、上游供应商之间缺少协同以及未重视瓶颈供应商而影响供应链绩效等问题,提出了引入Supply Hub控制零部件库存水平、吸纳关键供应商参与企业新产品研发及重视瓶颈供应商问题以优化供应商协同供货等策略。
In this paper, from the perspective of a supplier and a kitchen appliance manufacturer, we discussed the current status of the two-echelon supply chain of the manufacturer, analyzed a few problems of it, and at the end, proposed such strategies as introducing in the Supply Hub to control the spare parts inventory level, inviting key suppliers into the new product R&D process, paying more attention to the bottleneck links, and optimizing the coordinated supply system of the suppliers, etc.
