从服务角度分析轨道交通设计工作要点

Main Points of Rail Transit Design Work from the Service Perspective

结合当前国内城市轨道交通工程的建设现状及国家大力发展城市轨道交通项目的政策形势,参考其他城市轨道交通工程建设过程中的经验与教训,分两方面阐述设计工作要点。从建设需求考虑,设计需在原则标准制定、设计单位职能、接口关系、设计程序完整性、枢纽设计、标准化设计、管线综合设计、投资控制、装修设计、地下水处理等10个方面重点考虑;从设计角度提出建设管理方面应在规划控制与落实、施工质量、设备招标、一体化开发、安全质量风险评估、人才培养、运营筹备等7个方面重点关注。在此基础上,针对各工作要点,提出解决问题的建议。

In view of the current situation of domestic urban rail transit projects and national policy of boosting the development of urban rail transit projects, and taking into consideration the construction experiences and lessons of urban rail transit, the key points in design work are descried from two aspects. From the perspective of construction, principle in the following 10 aspects should be highlighted.They are design standards, design unit functions and interface relationship, design process integrity, hub design and standardized design, pipeline design, investment control, decoration design, groundwater treatment; From the angle of design management unit, 7 aspects should be paid great attention to. They are controlling in planning and implementation, construction quality, equipment tendering, integration development, personnel training operation, safety and quality risk assessment and preparation. On this basis, several suggestions are put forward towards different working points.
