超声弹性成像与超声造影对乳腺病灶鉴别诊断价值的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超声弹性成像与超声造影对乳腺病灶鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法选择行乳腺肿物切除的患者80例乳腺病灶,术前行超声造影、超声弹性成像以及两者联合检查,以病理学诊断为"金标准",分别统计80例乳腺病灶声像图特点,并分别对比分析乳腺病灶鉴别诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果术后病理分析显示为良性肿块67例,恶性肿块13例。超声造影诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为76.9%、85.1%、83.8%;超声弹性成像的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为69.2%、92.5%、88.8%;联合检测的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为92.3%、98.5%、97.5%。联合检测准确性明显高于超声造影和超声弹性成像单一检测,其差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像与超声造影对乳腺病灶均可鉴别诊断,但联合鉴别进一步提高诊断准确性,减少漏诊、误诊率。
