摘要
某款2.0L增压汽油发动机在搭载某款整车进行NVH试验时,在发动机高速高负荷转速段产生较大的振动和轰鸣声,经模态仿真分析,发现右悬置支架模态过低是主要原因。经过对右悬置支架进行优化设计,提高右悬置支架的模态后,高速高负荷转速区域产生较大振动和轰鸣声故障得以解决。
One vehicle is equipped with a 2.0L turbo gasoline.During its NVH test,great vibration and noise occurred at the high-speed and high load.After modal simulation analysis,it is found that the low modality of the bracket is the main cause. Ac- cording to the analysis,an optimization design is carried out to the right suspensory bracket.And the result turned out to be ac-ceptable with the vibration and noise eliminated.
