产学研用相结合的校外综合实践基地促进创新创业教育的作用

Research on the Role of Industry-univeristy-research Practice Base to Promote Comprehensive Function of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

国家"十三五规划"提出"创新、协调、开放、绿色、共享"的发展理念,首次将创新放在首要地位,强调创新在国家发展战略中的重要地位。近年来高校都在大力度的推广创新创业发展,实践教学基地的建设和产学研用相结合都被越来越多的引入到创新创业发展中,对以往的实践教学基地的存在模式和一些发展运行中的管理状况的分析,采取一系列的措施和探索,通过实践运行,达到产学研用相结合,推进高校成果的转化,进一步促进高校培养学生创新创业精神和能力。

The 13th Five-year Plan proposes the development concept of＂ innovation, coordination, open, green, sharing＂ and for the first time puts t “ innovation” in the first place,and stresses the importance of innovation in national development strategy.In recent years colleges and universities make great efforts to promote innovation and entrepreneurship development, practice teaching base construction and research are more and more introduced into the development of innovation and en- trepreneurship.This paper analyzes existing mode and some development and operation management status of past practice teaching base, takes a series of measures to promote the transformation of achievements in colleges and universities,and to fur-ther promote the cultivation of students＇ innovative spirit and ability.
