Electromechanical Management System Construction in the Framework of Knowledge Management

知识管理是企业管理的一项重要内容,本文以知识管理为理论框架,结合高速公路机电管理系统建设,主要分析在机电管理系统建设中,知识的获取、整合、分享、记录、存取和更新,以及将先进的管理理念运用到机电管理中,为机电维护和设备管理的规范化、信息化和科学决策提供依据。

Knowledge Management is an important component in modern corporation management. This paper, in the theoretical framework of Knowledge Management, mainly discusses the construction of electromechanical management system of the expressway and the capturing, integration, sharing, recording, processing and restoring of knowledge during the process. It is of great necessity to apply this advanced management concept into electromechanical management in that it enhances the standardization and informationization of electromechanical maintenance and facility management, and guarantee the scientific decision making as well.
