摘要
基于课题组专项问卷调查数据,采用描述性统计分析、相关分析和回归分析相结合方法,考察了当前在校大学生创业意愿及其影响因素。二元Probit模型稳健性计量结果显示,性别、政治面貌、专业、兼职经历、创业教育、母亲职业对在校大学生创业意愿有显著性正向促进作用,户籍状况、风险偏好、自我价值实现、父亲职业、创业政策等也对在校大学生创业意愿形成有促进作用,但系数估计值不显著;学生干部、年龄、流动性约束等对在校大学生创业意愿形成有阻碍作用,且流动性约束变量通过显著性水平检验。经济新常态下,深化创新创业教育改革、构建完善的创业教育体系、优化行政管理与行政服务、营造积极的创业氛围,有助于更好更快塑造和提升在校大学生创业意愿。
Based on the questionnaire data from research group, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation a- nalysis and regression analysis have been taken to investigate entrepreneurial intention of college students and its influencing factor. And the robust measurement results showed that the factors such as male, party member, ma-jor , part-time experience, entrepreneurial education and profession of mother affect entrepreneurial intentions of students in college positively and significantly. However status being student cadres, age and liquidity constraints affect entrepreneurial intentions of students in college negatively. Constructing the entrepreneurship education system and optimizing of government functions and services could help establish and promote the entrepreneurial intentions of students in colleges.
