中外合作大学人才培养模式探析

Main Features of Talent Training Mode in Sino-foreign Cooperative University

作为一种新型的高校,中外合作大学在培养目标、专业设置、课程安排、教学组织与管理、招生、学生学业成绩评价、师资队伍建设等人才培养模式的诸多方面,既不同于本土的大学,又不同于国外的大学,具有自己独特的特点。研究这些特点,不论对正确借鉴国外大学人才培养的经验,还是对科学继承我国大学人才培养的优良传统,乃至对中外合作大学自身人才培养模式的完善,都具有重要的意义。

As a new form of higher education, Sino-foreign cooperatice universities with their unique charac-teristics differing from domestic universities and foreign ones in the aspects of training objectives, professional settings, course arrangement, teaching organization and management, students recruit, pattern of the talents training, construction of the faculty team and the evaluation of the studentsr academic performance. The study of these characteristics will provide significant guidance on talents training, not only when we draw the useful expe-riences from foreign universities, but also when we inherit those excellent traditions of Chinese universities and e- ven it will be a great help for the perfection of the system of talents training in Sino-foreign cooperatice universi-ties.
