五轴人工骨微铣削机床的结构设计

摘要 首先从人工骨加工对象特点出发,提出一种骨骼旋转轴线定义方法;其次对五轴人工骨微铣削加工机床进行结构设计,并对其主要部件进行计算与选型。最后通过整机模态仿真,判定该微铣削机床结构满足设计要求。 Based on the processing object of artificial bone, bone rotation axis definition method is put forward. This paper designs a 5-axis micro-milling machine tool structure of artificial bone, and carries out the calculation and selection of main components. The whole tools states simulation concludes that the micro milling machine tool structure can meet the design requirements.
