摘要
针对凹槽数量对往复式迷宫压缩机密封性能的影响,运用Fluent软件和经验公式对不同凹槽数量下的迷宫密封结构进行了压力和湍流黏度的对比分析。结果显示:确定迷宫凹槽下,随着凹槽个数的递增,密封性先表现出越来越好,而后泄漏量又开始变大,最后缓慢减小并接近于一个稳定值。证实凹槽数量对密封性是一个关键的因素,实际生产加工中不能盲目地增加其数量。
To research the influence of the cavity number on seal performance of the reciprocating labyrinth compressor, Fluent software and the empirical formula are used to analyze the pressure and turbulent viscosity of the labyrinth seal structure under different number of cavities. The results show: under the same shape of the cavity, with the increase in the number of the cavity, leak decreases in the first, then increases, decreases and tends to a stable value finally. It is confirmed that the number of cavities is a very critical factor in the actual production process, and not blindly increase the number.
