摘要
为了判断旋挖钻履带底盘的导向轮张紧弹簧是否可以去掉,文中利用LMS Motion Builder建立了旋挖钻履带底盘的详细模型,仿真了旋挖钻整机在低速和高速通过障碍物的运动过程,分析了在行驶过程中导向轮张紧弹簧的存在对履带的冲击力、履带松弛状态的影响。通过分析,低速行驶时障碍物的冲击随速度的变化不大,高速行驶时张紧弹簧的缓冲作用比较明显。
At present, there is a set of track tensioned spring in tracked chassis of Rotary Drilling Rig. Engineer wants to take off this spring equipment; a model is established for a rotary drilling rig prototype using the multi-body dynamics analysis software LMS Virtual.Lab Motion. Moving states are simulated under conditions of passing through roadblock with low velocity, high velocity turning on the entrenchment road. With or no track tension spring equipment, strike force and track relaxation state were investigated. In the condition of throng roadblock with low velocity, the strike force isnl changed a lot with different velocity. The spring equipment is distinct availability to weaken strike force in condition of high velocity.
