筛式砂土石分离施肥机的结构设计

摘要 在宁夏贺兰山东麓葡萄种植基地,由于当地的土层砂石比较多,并且有的块径特别大,影响葡萄的种植、生长和培育。为了实现对砂土石的自动分离以及葡萄沟挖掘过程中底肥的自动施加,针对当地的土质特点,结合人工对砂土石分离和底肥施加的操作过程,文中设计了一套筛式砂土石分离施肥一体机。它的主要功能有两个,一是实现砂土和石头的分离,二是实现分离后的砂土与底肥混合均匀。 In the sandy soil in the grape cultivation base near to Mountain Helan of NingXia, there are a lot of stones; some of them are very big. This kind soil layer usually affects the planting of grapes. In order to separate the stones from sandy soil and apply fertilizer automatically, this paper designs a sieve style machine according to the sandy soil properties and the separating process of the farmer. This machine has two functions; one is that it can separate the stones from thesandy soil, the other one is that it can mix the sandy soil and the fertilizer very uniformity.
