摘要
扭杆是一种能够实现非线性弹性特性的农用机械座椅悬架的主要构件,这种座椅悬架能够改善地面激励对人体的振动。扭杆受工作载荷的作用,疲劳断裂是其主要实效形式。文中基于I-DEAS软件平台,对座椅悬架进行了建模,并应用软件的Durability模块对扭杆进行了有限元仿真疲劳寿命估算。
Twisted bar is a primary part of the non-liner feature scissors linkage agricultural machinery seat-suspension which can improve vibration to passenger from unsmooth road. The main failure mode is fatigue break under twisted bar working load. The seat-suspension model is built to estimate fatigue life of the twisted bar based on I-DEAS software.
