摘要
采用标准k-ε湍流模型和三维RANS方程求解方法,以某重型燃气轮机结构中的迷宫密封为研究对象,针对影响透平机械中迷宫密封泄漏特性的三个因素:旋转速度、密封间隙、压比,数值研究了各个因素对迷宫密封泄漏特性的影响规律。
The effects of rotational speed, sealing clearance and pressure ratio on the discharge behavior of turbomachine labyrinth seal are numerically investigated; the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations and the standard turbulent model are adopted to obtain the leakage flow characteristics of the labyrinth seal of heavy-duty gas turbine.
