大学生电子设计竞赛对高职青年教师能力培养的作用

Research on College Students' Electronic Design Competition for Cultivation of Young Teachers' Competence in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对当前高职院校青年教师的培养问题,结合笔者作为一名青年教师长期在高职院校参与大学生电子设计竞赛工作的经历和体会,从青年教师参与大学生电子设计竞赛工作可以为其成长提供平台、提高实践能力、促进教学改革、提高教科研水平、师德养成等五个方面进行了分析研究。为高职院校青年教师的培养和青年教师个人发展提供参考。

For the cultivation of the young teachers in higher vocational colleges and combined with the author＇s long-term working experience of participating in Electronic Design Competition for College Students,analysis and research are made from providing agrowth platform,improving practical ability,promoting teaching reform,improving teaching and research level and forming teachers＇ morality by participating in Electronic Design Competition for College Students,which provide references for the cultivation of young teachers and individual development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
