摘要
当前,我国高职隐性思想政治教育的工作重心就是如何提高实效性。从方法入手,分析其组成要素,并对照要素进一步探讨隐性思想政治教育方法在高职运用中的问题,针对问题提出相应的优化措施,进而提高实效性达到理想的教育效果。
At present,the focus of implicit ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is how to improve the effectiveness.Starting with methods,constituent elements are analyzed.The application of implicit ideological and political education in vocational and technical colleges is discussed based on these elements.The corresponding optimization measures are put forward to improve the effectiveness and achieve ideal education effect.
