生态课堂教学评价制度的建构探讨

摘要 现行的课堂教学评价制度主要有奖惩性教学评价和发展性教学评价,两者都有一定的弊端。教育生态理论为课堂评价工作提供了新的视角,它要求评价的价值取向应具有发展性、评价的内容应重视整体性、评价的主体应体现多元性。构建生态化的课堂教学评价制度,需对生态课堂评价主体和评价标准加以明确;综合考量评价内容,采取指标量化;基于科学的研究方法,建构有效的评价制度。 The present classroom teaching evaluation systems,mainly including rewarding and punishing teaching evaluation and developing teaching evaluation,both have certain drawbacks.Educational ecological theory provides a new perspective for classroom teaching evaluation.It requires that the value orientation of evaluation should be developed and evaluated;the contents of evaluation should be considered comprehensively and the evaluation subjects should be diversified.The construction of effective ecological classroom teaching evaluation system needs definite evaluation subjects and criteria,a comprehensive consideration of evaluation contents,quantitative indicators and scientific research methods to construct an evaluation system.
