摘要
文章通过研究国内外信息资源规划方法,发现一种基于业务架构(Business Architecture)的信息资源规划方法。该方法通过全面梳理业务职能域、业务过程和业务活动,构建出全组织的业务架构,在此基础上对业务活动产生的用户视图进行分析,从而确定数据元,形成信息资源目录。文章将该方法应用于河北质监信息资源规划,构建数据标准,保证了信息化建设统一规范,互联互通。
The paper study the basic method of information resources planning at home and abroad, and then find a method of Information Resources Planning base on Business Architecture （BAIRP）.By combing the Business Domain、 Process、Activity, it builds the business architecture of the organization, and then it analysis the User Diagram who generated by business activity to define the Data Element, finally it obtain Information resource directory. The paper apply this method to the planning of Hebei Province Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision information resources, build data standard and ensure the unified specification of information construction.
