摘要
为了解决我国高速公路沥青路面出现的车辙等病害,文章以某高速公路沥青路面为研究对象,对沥青混合料的配合比进行系统的优化设计研究,分别对沥青路面上、中、下面层常采用的三种沥青(ESSO-90改性沥青、ESSO-90沥青和SK-90沥青)进行性能分析,并对三种沥青混合料AC-13、AC-20和ATB-30进行优化设计,通过检测分析其各项性能指标参数,研究出最佳级配方案,为高速公路沥青路面建设提供相关理论依据和技术支持。
In order to solve the rutting and other emerging diseases of expressway asphalt pavement in China,with an expressway asphalt pavement as the research object,this article conducted the systematical optimization design study on mix ratio of asphalt mixtures, with performance analysis respectively on three kinds of asphalt(ESSO-90 modified asphalt, ESSO-90 asphalt and SK-90 asphalt) often used in upper,middle and lower surface layers of asphalt pavement,and conducted the optimization design for three kinds of asphalt mixtures AC-13, AC-20 and ATB-30, analyzed their all performance parameters through the inspection, and came up with the best grading program, thereby providing the relevant theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of expressway asphalt pavement.
