乳化沥青封层技术在路面维修中的应用

Application of Emulsified Asphalt Sealing Technology in Pavement Maintenance

乳化沥青具有良好的流动性和渗透性,乳化沥青封层不仅可以作为中低级路面的定面层以起到保护砂石承重层的目的,还可以作为新修路面的下封层以防止水下渗并保护路基。文章结合路面维修工程实例,分析了乳化沥青封层路面对材料和下承层的要求,探讨了乳化沥青封层路面的施工技术。

The emulsified asphalt has good fluidity and permeability, the emulsified asphalt sealing layer can be used not only as the fixing surface layer of low and middle-level pavement to serve the purpose of protecting the load-bearing gravel layer,but also as the lower sealing layer of newly built pavement to prevent the water infiltration and to protect the road bed.Combining the pavement mainte-nance engineering examples,this article analyzed the requirements of emulsified asphalt sealing layer pavement on materials and lower bearing layer,and discussed the construction technology of emulsified asphalt sealing layer pavement.
