摘要
基于能量梯级利用的原则,利用微型燃气轮机排出的高温烟气,构建了一套有机朗肯循环(ORC)余热发电系统,并对其进行了研究。建立了ORC余热发电系统数学模型,选择R134a作为工质,选择螺杆式膨胀机作为动力机,并对ORC余热发电系统的性能进行了研究,指出在设计工况下ORC余热发电系统的输出功率为20.40kW,效率为12.65%。该发电系统不仅能够回收低品位热源,而且也实现了污染物的零排放,具有广泛的应用前景。
Based on the principle of cascaded utilization of energy, an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) system was developed using high-temperature flue gas discharged from a micro gas turbine, of which the system performance was studied by setting up a mathematic model for the ORC system, taking R134a as the working fluid, and choosing screw expander as the engine. Results show that the power output and cycle efficiency of the ORC system are respectively 20. 40 kW and 12. 65%. The power system can not only recover low grade heat source, but also achieve zero emission of pollutants, having a wide application prospect.
