摘要
介绍了ABB 800xA DCS在某660MW火电机组中采用Foundation Fieldbus(FF)和Profibus DP两种现场总线构成电厂控制网络的实践,分析了出现的问题并提出了解决措施。实践表明:在加装了FF和Profibus DP间的转换模块PRMD 485-K20,并采用支持Profibus DP协议的执行机构后,控制系统得到完善的应用。
Application practice of Foundation Fieldbus （FF） and Profibus DP two configurations in power plant control networks is introduced, and problems occurring in the application process are analyzed, based on which corresponding countermeasures are proposed. Application results show that the control system can be perfectly applied by adding a conversion module PRMD 485-K20 between FF and Profibus DP, and by adopting an actuating mechanism supporting the Profibus DP protocol.
