ID-200 interface detector is a new product that is manufactured by Agar Corporation based on the principle of microwave energy absorption, it is used to control oil-water interface of the separator. Working principle, structure, installation and calibration are elaborated, the oper-ational stability of the pre-dehydration device separator is improved by using ID-200 interface detector at Fengcheng oilfield experimental plot, automatic dehydration of the separator is achieved, the handling capacity of the device is improved.
