HPLC法测定黄龙咳喘胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of icariin in Huanglongkechuan Capsules by HPLC

目的建立黄龙咳喘胶囊中淫羊藿苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(TIANHE Kromasil C_(18),150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.075mol·L^(-1)磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH值约为4.5)(25∶75);流速:1mL·min^(-1);柱温:30℃;检测波长:270nm。结果淫羊藿苷在0.008 1~0.081 0mg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.7%,RSD值为1.62%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,结果准确可靠,可作为该胶囊的质量控制方法。

Objective To determine icariin in Huanglongkechuan Capsules by HPLC.Methods HPLC column：TIANHE Kromasil C18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）;mobile phase：acetonitrile-0.075mol·L^-1 phosphoric acid solution（adjusted pH of about 4.5with triethylamine）（25∶75）;flow rate：1mL· min^-1;column temperature：30 ℃;detection wavelength：270nm.Results Icariin within 0.008 1-0.081 0 mg·mL^-1 showed a good linear relationship.The average recovery was 98.7%,with RSD 1.62%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Huanglongkechuan Capsules.
