摘要
通过对高长径比管的成型工艺分析,设计了一副带有活动型芯、潜伏浇口对称平衡进料及模内自动切断浇口的一模三腔注塑模具,详细阐述了关键成型零件的设计,介绍了模具工作过程。实践证明:模具结构紧凑,运行平稳,生产的塑件符合设计和使用要求。
Through the analysis of forming process of high length diameter ratio tube, a kind of three cavity injection mould with movable core, symmetrical balance feed and automatic cutting gate was designed. The design of key mould components was described, and the working process of the mould was introduced. Practice has proved that: the mold structure is compact, the movement is smooth, and the produced plastic part conforms to the design and the use request.
