低压无清洗浸没式直接超滤工艺中试研究 被引量:8

Performance of Gravity-driven Low-pressure Direct Ultrafiltration System with Submerged Membrane

摘要 以某农村水库水为研究对象,系统地研究了低压(6.5 k Pa)无清洗浸没式直接超滤工艺长期连续运行的通量稳定性和净水效能。结果表明:低压浸没式直接超滤系统在无清洗条件下可以长期连续稳定运行,稳定通量为6~7 L/(m^2·h),跨膜压差(TMP)为3.5×1012m^(-1);三维荧光光谱分析表明系统对SMP的去除效果最佳,对酪氨酸类蛋白质的去除效果次之,对腐殖质的去除效果最差;出水浊度、COD_(Mn)、UV_(254)、DOC和氨氮浓度分别为0.03~0.05 NTU、0.8~1.2 mg/L、0.018~0.023 cm^(-1)、1.07 mg/L和0.20 mg/L以下,而细菌和总大肠菌群均未检出,出水水质满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。这为低压无清洗浸没式直接超滤工艺在农村的推广应用提供了技术支撑。 Water from a rural reservoir was used to evaluate the performance of gravity-driven low- pressure (6.5 kPa) direct uhrafiltration system with submerged membrane. The results showed that the system had an excellent long-term performance, with an average stable flux of 6 to 7 L/( m2 · h) and TMP of 3.5 ×10^12m^-1. The detection of excitation-emission matrix (EEM) fluorescence spectroscopy in- dicated that the removal of soluble microbial products (SMP) was the best, the simple aromatic proteins such as tyrosine took the second place, and the removal of human acid was the poorest. The turbidity and concentrations of CODM,, UV254, DOC and NH3 - N in the effluent were 0.03 to 0.05 NTU, 0.8 to 1.2 rag/L, 0.018 to 0.023 cm-1, 1.07 mg/L and below 0.20 mg/L, respectively. The total bacterial count and total coliform bacteria were not detected, which met the Standard for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749 -2006). This can provide a technical support for the popularization and application of gravity-driv- en low-pressure direct ultrafiltration system with submerged membrane in rural areas.
