Emergency Treatment of Source Water Accidentally Contaminated by Nickel

摘要 为应对可能出现的污染事件,模拟水厂的工艺流程,探讨了聚合硫酸铁应急处理源水镍污染的方法。结果表明,混凝剂聚合硫酸铁的投加量为20mg/L、助凝剂PAM的投加量为0.5mg/L,调节pH值为9.2,混凝沉淀后再经砂滤处理,对镍的去除率达到88.2%~90.1%,出水水质达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)的要求。在不需要回调pH值的前提下,最大处理能力达到0.25mg/L。 In order to deal with pollution events, the treatment process of waterworks was simula- ted, and the method for the emergency treatment of the source water contaminated by nickel was dis- cussed. The results showed that when the dosage of polymeric ferric sulfate, dosage of PAM and pH value were 20 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 9.2 respectively, the removal rate of nickel was 88.2% to 90.1% after coagulation, sedimentation and sand filtration. The effluent quality could meet the Standards for Drinking Water Quality ( GB 5749 - 2006). The maximum treatment capacity was 0.25 mg/L on the premise of no need for re-adjusting pH value.
