摘要
采用原子荧光光度法测定地表水中锑的含量,仪器最佳工作条件如下:灯电流为80A,辅助电流为40A,负高压为-280V,原子化器的高度为8mm,载气流量为400mL/min,屏蔽气流量为900mlMmin,进样体积为1.5mL,载流为5%盐酸溶液,还原剂为2%KBH4+0.5%NaOH;检测前向15mL待测样品中分别加入4mL硫脲-抗坏血酸溶液和1mL盐酸,反应1.5h,将Sb还原成Sb(Ⅲ)。该方法重现性好,精密度高,检出限为0.1μg/L,水样加标回收率为97.9%-102%。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometer was applied to determine the antimony content in sur- face water. The optimal experimental conditions were as follows: lamp current of 80 A, secondary current of 40 A, negative high voltage of - 280 V, atomizer height of 8 ram, carrier gas flow rate of 400 mL/ rain, shielding gas flow rate of 900 mL/min, injection volume of 1.5 mL, carrier of 5% hydrochloric acid, and reducing agent of 2% KBH4 +0.5% NaOH. 4 mL of thiourea-ascorbic acid solution and 1 mL of hydrochloric acid were added to 15 mL of test sample. After reacting for 1.5 h, Sb was reduced into Sb ( Ⅲ ). This proposed method showed good reproducibility and high precision. The detection limit was 0.1 μg/L, and the recoveries of spiked water samples were 97.9% to 102%.
