摘要
采用去除侧枝人为调节营养分配的方法,探究影响油菜种子大小的机理。结果表明,通过营养分配调节,主花序种子千粒质量最多提高了1倍;对种子胚子叶细胞进行超微结构观察,发现种子细胞明显增大,细胞中油体的面积也相应增加。因此推测可以通过去除油菜侧枝的方法进行营养调节,增加种子大小;虽然油菜种子的含油量没有变化,但种子中油脂的绝对量随种子质量的增加而增加。
The seed size,1 000-seed weight,and seed oil content of lateral branches-removed Brassica napus were measured to investigate the effect of artificial nutrient partitioning. The 1 000-seed weight of main inllorescene was doubled by lateral branches removal. The ultrastructure observation of seed cotyledon cells revealed that the seed cell volume and the total area of oil body were enlarged. Although seed relative oil content was not influenced by branches removal,the enlarged seed and increased seed weight led to the elevated amount of absolute seed oil content.
