摘要
对YBS类电机钢结构包装箱材料进行模拟分析,得出应力分布及变形量分布,根据模拟分析结果,进行钢结构包装箱设计。最后对设计的钢结构包装箱进行现场起吊、运输验证。结果表明:钢结构包装能满足实际生产需求,结构设计合理,承载能力满足要求,结构刚性和强度均满足电机储运要求且具有成本低、可回收利用的优点。
It analyses the steel structure packaging chest of YBS series motor by simulation and gets the stress and deflection distribution, then design the structure based on the analysis. An on - site hoisting and transportation verification proves that steel structure packaging chest/s structure, load capacity, rigidness and stress are capable for motor transportation and it＇s low cost, recyclable will make it more popular.
