摘要
采用顶空进样-气相色谱/质谱法分析鉴定儿童驱蚊贴及驱蚊手环中挥发性成分。结果表明:共检测出52种挥发性成分,主要成分为1,4-桉叶素、α-蒎烯、桉叶油素、莰烯和香茅醛。其它成分主要包括烯类、醇类、酯类、萜类等。检出物质中,香叶醇、芳樟醇、β-月桂烯、β-杜松烯、β-榄香烯、δ-榄香烯为香茅精油的有效成分;α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、乙酸芳樟酯、β-月桂烯为柠檬精油的有效成分;桉叶油素、1,4-桉叶素、柠檬烯、α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸异龙脑酯为薰衣草精油的主要成分。其中,α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、莰烯、桉叶油素、1,4-桉叶素、香茅醛、薄荷醇和芳樟醇成分都具有较强的驱避蚊虫的作用。
The volatile components in children mosquito repellents and anti-mosquito silicone wristbands were analyzed by headspace sampling-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC/MS). The results showed that 32 components were separated and identified. The dominant components are 1,4-cineole, a-pinene, eucalyptol, camphene and citronellal. The others are alkenes, alcohols, esters and terpenes etc. Geraniol, linalool, β-myrcene, β-cadinene, β-elemene and δ-elemene are the effective volatile components of the citronella essential oil. Alpha-pinene, camphene, camphene, linalyl acetate and β-myrcene are the effective volatile components of the lemon essential oil. Eucalyptol, 1,4-cineole, limonene, α-pinene, camphene, β-pinene, β-myrcene, linalyl acetate and isobornyl acetate are the effective volatile components of the lavender essential oil. α-pinene, β-pinene, Camphene, eucalyptol, 1,4-cineole, citronellal, menthol and linalool are all effictive mosquito repellents
