摘要 采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸及高氯酸体系湿法消解国家标准土壤样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对土壤消解液中的铍钼铊进行定量分析,测定值与推荐值相符合。铍、钼和铊的检出限分别为0.017、0.015和0.004mg/k.g。各元素的相对标准偏差在0.5%~5.7%,相对误差在-8.0-6.0%,可以满足土壤样品中此类铍钼铊等痕量金属元素的同时测定。 A method for determination of beryllium, molybdenum and thallium in the national standard soil samples by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer and wet digestion for sample preparation was developed. The determination resultwas consistent with the certified values. The elements detection limit ofthe proposed methodwas0.017、 0.015and 0.004 mg/kg respectively., the relative standard deviations were 0.5%-3.7%,andthe relative errors were -8.0%-6.0%. The results indicated that the method is accurate for determination of trace heavy metals such as beryllium, molybdenum and thalliumin soil samples
