中西医结合治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Chinese-western Therapy in Treatment of Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的观察中西医结合治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折的的临床疗效。方法将80例复杂性胫骨平台骨折患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用中西医结合疗法。结果术后3个月治疗组患者的总愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后治疗组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月治疗组患者的膝关节功能优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论选择中西医结合的方法治疗胫骨平台骨折,患者术后愈合速度快、膝关节功能恢复良好、并发症少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese - western therapy in treatment of corn- plex tibial plateau fracture. Methods 80 cases of complex tibial plateau fracture patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases in observation group, 35 cases in control group. Control group received rou- tine western medicine, treatment group received integrated Chinese -western therapy on the basis of control group. Re- suits After 3 months of treatment, the healing rate of treatment group was 82.22%, higher than 45.58% of control group with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the complication rate of treatment group was 2.22%, signficantly lower than 17.14% of control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） ; 6 months after surgery, the knee joint function of evaluation rate of treatment group was 93.33% , higher than 77.14% of control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese -western therapy has obvious effect on tibial plateau fractures with shorter healing time, better knee joint function rehabilitation efficacy and fewer complications.
