摘要
环糊精(CDs)是芽饱杆菌产生的环糊精葡萄糖基转移酶作用直链淀粉的产物,即一系列环状低聚糖的总称,其结构外亲水、内疏水的性能致使其在医药、食品、环境保护、农业、轻工和化工等多方面的应用范围越来越广泛。介绍β-环糊精(β-CD)的化学修饰方法、酶工程修饰方法以及β-环糊精聚合物,修饰后的环糊精衍生物具有某些特定功能,如较好的水溶性或环境刺激响应性等,它们在药物控制释放领域有着新颖而广泛的应用。
Cyclodextrins are produced from starch by means of cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase conversion. It is a family of compounds made up of sugar molecules bound together in a ring. They are used widely in pharmaceutical, food, environmental engineering, agriculture, as well as chemical industries. The chemical modification, enzymatic modification and β - CD polymers are introduced in the article. These cyclodextrin derivatives have some specific features, such as good water solubility, environment responsibility and so on, which results in their widespread application in drug controlled release.
