External Financing Cost of the Seed Enterprise——Take Beijing Dabeinong Technologies Group Co Ltd as an Example

外源融资包括股权融资和债务融资,随着技术的进步和生产规模的扩大,外源融资已逐渐成为种子企业获得资金的重要方式。以北京大北农科技集团股份有限公司为例,分横向与纵向对比分析了种子行业的外源融资特征,指出了种子企业外源融资成本的影响因素,进而提出了规范种子企业外源融资的相关建议。

External financing includes equity financing and debt financing. With the expansion of technology progress and production scale, external financing has gradually become an important way to obtain funds for seed enterprise. Taking Beijing Dabeinong Technologies Group Co Ltd as an example, this paper did comparative analysis on the characteristics of external financing in seed industry from horizontal and vertical aspects, pointed out the influencing factors of external financing cost of seed enterprises, and then put forward related suggestions on regulating external financing of seed enterprise.
