摘要
罗尔斯的正义理论通过对两个正义原则的分析和论证,描绘了一个"组织良好的社会",实现了社会成员的自由、平等和互惠互利。他的正义理论引起了学术界的广泛争议,但他的理论表达了对正义价值的关注和重视,表达了一种人文关怀,对解决我国现阶段面临的各方面问题有着指导性意义。
Rawls＇ theory of justice,by analyzing and demonstrating the two principles of justice, portrays a ＂well-organized society＂ that has achieved freedom, equality and mutu- al benefit for the members of society. Although his theory of justice triggered heated discus- sion and extensive debate in academia, it shows his close attention to justice and the value of justice. This is also a humanistic concern. This is of guiding significance to problems in China
