This paper is aiming at understanding Adorno＇ s Critical theory.There are two important facts,which have influenced his Culture critical theory.Firstly,the commodity and ideology in Marx＇s Theory.Secondly,rationality in Max Weber＇s works.The commercialization of capital and the help of capital ideology are the formation of the cultural industry.Due to the calculative rationality works the culture industry well.
