摘要
介绍了一种采用非催化部分氧化(POX)转化的工艺,即将甲醇合成回路弛放气中的甲烷转化为H2和CO并最终回到反应器以增产甲醇的技术。分析了该工艺与其他传统甲醇回路弛放气处理工艺方法相比所具有的优势。采用该工艺,可达到增加甲醇合成产量、降低产品能耗和新鲜气单耗的目的。
This paper introduces a non catalytic partial oxidation (POX) technology which can reform CH4 in methanol synthesis purge gas to H2 and CO and back to the synthesis reactor in order to increase methanol. It compares the POX technology with other traditional purge gas treatment technology, and analyzes its advantages. Such technology can be used to increase methanol synthetic production, and decrease production energy consumption and fresh gas consumption.
