摘要
主要针对个别多喷嘴水煤浆气化装置存在的若干问题进行了分析,包括:氧气流量的准确性和可靠性问题、锁斗系统问题、气化炉黑水入真空闪蒸罐后排水不畅问题、入蒸发热水塔的气化炉黑水经减压阀后的管段磨损问题、水洗塔补水管路设置问题等,通过归纳总结,提出工程设计优化建议,供新建装置的初期设计阶段参考。
The paper analyzes several problems in some opposed multi-burner coal water slurry gasification units, including the accuracy and reliability of the oxygen flow rate, the lock hopper system problems, poor water drainage after the gasifier black water enters the vacuum flash tank, piping wear after the gasifier black water entering the evaporating hot water tower goes through the reducing valve, makeup water line setup problem of the washing makes the engineering design optimization proposals, which can be used for reference by tower, etc. The paper summarizes and the new plants during the early design stage.
