瑞舒伐他汀对老年CHD患者LVE和EDD的疗效

The clinical efficiency of rosuvastatin on LVF and EDF in elderly patients with CHD

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者左心室功能(LVE)和内皮舒张功能(EDD)的临床疗效。方法随机抽取合阳县医院收治的心功能不全伴不稳定心绞痛老年患者160例进行回顾性分析,根据降血脂药物的选择不同分为2组,即常规组和瑞舒伐他汀组,在治疗前、治疗后3 d、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月测定患者的2组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室高峰充盈率(LVPFR)、内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)、非内皮依赖性舒张功能(NEDD)。结果 2组患者治疗后左心室功能比较显示,瑞舒伐他汀组在治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的LVEF、LVPFR大于常规组,并且治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的LVEF、LVPFR大于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后血管内皮功能比较显示,瑞舒伐他汀组在治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的EDD、NEDD大于常规组,并且治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的EDD、NEDD大于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LVEF和EDD、NEDD的Pearson相关性显示,LVEF和EDD、NEDD呈正相关(r=0.741、0.736,P=0.036、0.014)。结论瑞舒伐他汀对老年CHD患者LVE和EDD有一定改善作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of rosuvastatin on left ventricular function（ LVF） and endothelium diastolic function（ EDF） in elderly patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with cardiac insufficiency complicated by unstable angina who were treated in Heyang County Hospital were enrolled in the study. According to different antilipemic agents,the patients were divided into conventional therapy group and rosuvastatin group. The left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）,left ventricular peak filling rate（ LVPFR）,endotheliumdependent diastolic function（ EDD）,non-endothelium-dependent diastolic function（ NEDD） were detected before treatment,on 3d,1w,1m,3m,6m after treatment for both groups. Results The LVEF and LVPFR in rosuvastatin group on 1m,3m,6m after treatment were significantly higher than those in conventional therapy group,moreover,which were significantly higher than those before treatment（ P 0. 05）. The EDD and NEDD in rosuvastatin group on 1m,3m,6m after treatment were significantly better than those in conventional therapy group,moreover,which were significantly better than those before treatment（ P 0. 05）. Pearson correlation analysis showed that LVEF was positively correlated to EDD,NEDD（ r = 0. 741,0. 736,respectively,P 0. 05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin can improve LVF and EDF of elderly patients with CHD at some extent.
