血尿酸水平与经皮冠脉介入术后对比剂肾病的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经皮冠脉介入术后,血尿酸(SUA)在对比剂肾病发生方面的预测价值。方法 310例患者按照对比剂肾病(CIN)分为2组,比较CIN组与非CIN组的基线资料;且SUA与CIN风险的相关性通过多因素Logistic回归分析评估。结果 310例患者中发生CIN 45例(14.5%),CIN组SUA较非CIN组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SUA、肾功能不全、女性、高龄(>75岁)、糖尿病、大剂量对比剂(>200 ml)、高敏C-反应蛋白及LVEF<40%均是CIN的独立危险因素。结论 SUA可成为经皮冠脉介入术(PCI)后发生CIN简捷、可靠的指标。
