摘要
目的研究红树伴生植物相思子Abrus precatorius L.茎叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等手段对相思子茎叶的化学成分进行分离,应用光谱分析方法并结合文献对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从相思子茎叶中分离得到7个化合物,经鉴定分别为3-吲哚甲酸(1)、尿嘧啶(2)、N-[2-(1,3,4-三羟基-正二十烷基)]-正十六碳酰胺(3)、芒柄花素(4)、异亮氨酸(5)、豆甾-4,22-二烯-3β,6β-二醇(6)、△^(5,22)豆甾醇-3-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。结论化合物2~7首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the mangrove associated plant Abrus precatorius L.Methods The chemical constituents of Abrus precatorius L.were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, respectively.Their structures were identified by spectral methods( NMR, MS).Results Seven compounds were isolated from this plant and identified as indole-3-carboxylic acid( 1), uracil( 2), N-[ 2-( 1, 3, 4-trihydroxyicosan-2-yl) ]-hexadecanamide( 3), formononetin( 4), isoleucine( 5), stigmasta-4, 22-en-3β, 6β-diol( 6), △5-22 stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glycopyranoside( 7).Conclusion Compounds 2-7 were obtained from Abrus precatorius L.for the first time.
