摘要
采用了光谱法、粘度法和差示脉冲伏安法,研究了合成的三元铜配合物[Cu(Phen)(CA)2]·2H2O(Phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉,CA=肉桂酸)与鲱鱼精DNA之间的相互作用。结果显示:在加入DNA后,配合物的最大吸收峰发生明显的红移,产生减色效应,配合物的峰电位发生正移,峰电流明显降低。同时配合物也能较大程度地猝灭中性红(NR)-DNA体系的荧光,能使DNA的相对粘度增大。这些信息都证明配合物与DNA存在插入结合。
A complex of ECu(phen) (CA)2]· 2H2O (phen= 1,10-phenanthroline, CA = cinnamic acid) was synthesized, and the interaction between the complex and herring sperm DNA was studied by spectroscopy, viscosity measurements and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). Results showed that the absorption peak of complex is red-shifted and the intensity is weakened, in addition, the complex can remarkably quench the emission intensity of NR-DNA system. At the same time, the complex can increase the relative viscosity. DPV peak current decreased significantly and potential moved positively in the presence of DNA as compared with that in the absence of DNA. The intercalation mode between the complex and DNA is proved to exist.
