摘要
运用静态实验的方法,以高铝硅酸盐玻璃及配合料为熔体,对耐火材料进行侵蚀实验。对侵蚀前后的耐火材料进行研究,探讨了高温下高铝硅酸盐玻璃及碱蒸汽对耐火材料的侵蚀机理。实验结果表明:高锆砖抗铝硅玻璃液侵蚀性最好;αβ刚玉砖和β刚玉砖抗碱蒸汽侵蚀性最好。
In order to study refractory erosion behavior, static experiments were carried out on the erosion of various kinds of refractory by high aluminum silicate cullet and glass batch melts By comparing the morphology of the refractory before and after the erosion experiments, the mechanisms of the erosions by the aluminum silicate glass and by the alkali vapor out of the refractory at the high temperature werer discussed. The experimental results show that: the erosion resistance of high zirconia brick to aluminosilicate glass is the best, while the erosion resistance of αβ and β corundum bricks to alkali vapor is also the best.
