探讨影响临床化学检验分析前质量的因素及对策

To explore the factors affecting the quality of the pre clinical chemistry examination and the Countermeasures

目的：探究影响临床化学检验分析前质量的因素与对策。方法：选取2013年1月1日-2015年12月30日本院接收的10214分临床检验样本，从中选出因分析前质量因素导致结果异常的35份样本为观察组，选取35份结果正常的样本为对照组。运用MicrosoftVF6．0软件建立起数据库，对所选数据进行统计分析。结果：影响临床化学检验分析前质量的因素主要为样本采集不规范、样本送检不及时、样本质量不合格和患者准备不规范；临床化学检验的环节差错主要集中在分析前；样本检测结果异常主要以K^＋、Na^＋、Cl异常低为主。结论：临床化学检验分析前质量对样本检验结果的影响较大，所以院方应建立详细的样本检验分析前质量管理方案，增加与临床的交流、沟通，最大限度消除影响样本检验分析前质量的因素。

Objective： To explore the influence factors of preanalysis quality and countermeasures in clinical chemistry.Methods： A total of 10214 clinical samples from January 1, 2013 to December 30 2015 in our hospital were seleted, 35 abnormal samples were due to preanalysis quality factors as the observation group, 35 normal samples as control group. Using MicrosoftVF6.0 software to establish a database for statistical analysis of the selected data. Results： The impactors of quality in clinical chemistry test were mainly not standardized sample collection, not timely submission of samples, sample quality and not standardized patient preparation; errors in the course of clinical chemistry mainly focused on the analysis of sample test results; the main enors were abnormally low K, Na, CI . Conclusion： In clinical chemistry analysis, sample quality can affect test results seriously, so the hospital should establish a detailed preanalysis quality management program, increase the clinical cormnunication, and reduce the negative impact of sample before the analysis.
