2015年鲍曼不动杆菌的感染分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的:分析鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布特点及对临床常用抗菌药物的耐药情况,为预防控制该菌引起的感染及合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对2015年1月至12月期间检出的鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及耐药情况进行回顾性分析。结果:616株鲍曼不动杆菌主要分布在[CU(40.75%),其耐药性普遍高于其他科室检出的鲍曼不动杆菌;耐药率最低的抗菌药物是氨苄西林/舒巴坦(31.6%),其余抗菌药物的耐药性均接近或大于50.0%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌分布广、耐药严重,应引起临床重视,根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物,以有效的预防和控制该菌所致的感染和耐药菌株的产生。 Objective: To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii, and provide reference for preventing the infection caused by Acinetobacter baumannii and reasonable use of antibacterial agents. Methods: Analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii that isolated during 2015 January to December. Results:The Clinical distribution of 616 bacteria were mainly in ICU (40.75%) , the drug resistance in ICU was generally greater than that in other departments.Ampicillin/sulbacam had the lowest drug resistant rate (31.6%) , and the drugs resistance rate of other antibiotic drugs were closed to or greater than 50% . Conclusions: Acinetobacter baumannii have widely distribution, serious drug resistance and need to be paid attention to Clinical reasonable use of antibacterial drugs should be based on susceptibility results to effectively prevention and control bacteria infections caused bv resistant strains.
