摘要
电熔镁砂是重要的工业原材料,其生产工艺简单,主要以菱镁石为原料,采用电弧炉熔融法制备而成。文章介绍了我国电熔镁砂制备工艺技术方面的研究成果,主要表现在选择适宜的化学添加剂改善镁砂的性能以及高效新工艺的开发。并以青海西部镁业生产的高纯氢氧化镁中间体作为原料,继续加工煅烧生产电熔镁砂产品的制备工艺进行了举例说明。在此基础上,分析了电熔镁砂熔融、结晶过程,主要是Si、Al、Ca、Fe等杂质成分的迁移规律以及熔炼温度对Mg O结晶过程的影响。最后指出自动化、智能化、节能化的高温电弧炉生产装备是今后研发的重点,以盐湖卤水制备高纯氢氧化镁作为中间体,制备高纯电熔镁砂是今后发展的主流方向。
The fused magnesia was an important industrial raw material. Its production process was simple and magnesites was used as raw materials,which prepared from electric arc fur- nace melting. The paper introduced the research of fused magnesia preparation technology in our country,which mainly manifested in the choice of appropriate chemical additive. It improved the performance of the magnesia and developed new technology of high efficiency, which was used as an example. Qinghai Western Magnesium company industry production of high purity magnesium hy- droxide intermediates was used as raw materials for calcined production preparation process of fused magnesia. On this basis, the melting and crystallization process of fused magnesia was analyzed, which the migration law of Si, A1, Ca, Fe and other impurity elements, and the influence of melting temperature were mainly analyzed on the MgO crystallization process. It pointed out that the high temperature of automation, intelligent, energy - saving electric arc furnace production equipment was the key to the development in the future.
