摘要
两碱法卤水净化工艺,常加入过量的纯碱和烧碱以除净卤水中的钙、镁离子。过量的两碱进入真空蒸发制盐工艺过程中,精卤、蒸发罐料液呈碱性,引起蒸发面起泡、闪发蒸汽不稳定。同时碱性精卤和蒸发罐料液对实验室分析工作带来不利影响。文章系统阐述了化学分析过程中,应如何消除溶液酸碱度的干扰因素,准确分析盐卤的各项组分。
It often adds excess of soda ash and caustic soda to remove the calcium and magnesium ions in brine by two alkaline brine purification process. Excess of two alkali into the vacuum salt evaporation process, the fine halogen and evaporation can feed liquid was alkaline, which caused blistering evaporation surface and the flash steam instability. Meanwhile, alkaline halides and fine solid to liquid evaporation can have adverse effect on laboratory analysis. It described the system disturbanced chemical analysis process, how the solution pH should be eliminated and aceu- rated analysis of the components of the brine.
