针药结合应用于脑血管疾病恢复期的效果分析

The Effect of Combination of Acupuncture with Medicine Used in Cerebrovascular Disease Recovery Analysis

目的:分析针药结合应用于脑血管疾病恢复期的效果。方法:采用随机分组的方式将100名脑血管疾病恢复期患者分成两组,其中观察组50例采用针药结合治疗的治疗方式,对照组则采用单纯的电针治疗,治疗后对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比分析,并在12个月后对两组患者进行回访,记录其有无病情复发。结果:治疗之后,观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组,治疗有效率达84%,且病情复发率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血管疾病恢复期患者采取针药结合的治疗方法具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective to analyze the effect of combination of acupuncture with medicine used in cerebrovascular disease recovery. Methods using randomized way between January 2013 and December 2013 to our hospital in 100 patients with cerebrovascular disease recovery period is divided into two groups, one group of 50 cases treated by combination of acupuncture with medicine treatment, control group using conventional treatment, simply cupping treatment or medication, in the treatment of two groups of patients after treatment effect were analyzed, and after 4 months to return of two groups of patients, record the presence of relapse. Results after treatment, the observation group of patients treatment effect is significantly better than the control group, treatment efficiency reached 84%, illness recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion for patients with cerebrovascular disease recovery to take the combination of acupuncture with medicine treatment has good clinical effect, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
