高校来华留学生教育的策略研究--以吉林省为例

Strategy Research for International Student Education in China's Universities——A Case Study of Jilin Province

近年来,吉林省来华留学生教育工作取得了很大成就,但同时存在来华留学生地区及高校分布失衡、培养模式单一、留学生师资队伍建设不足等问题。对此,政府和高校应各负其责采取相应对策以推进吉林省来华留学生教育工作。政府层面可以从扩大宣传力度、建立多元奖学金体系、建立留学生教育资源共享平台等方面开展工作,同时,高校也可采取改革来华留学生培养模式和教学模式、培养专业化师资队伍、教育管理先进化等策略,与政府携手,共同提高来华留学生教育水平。

In recent years, international student education in Jilin Province has made great achievements, but there are such problems as the distribution imbalance in the area and universities, the excessive singleness of the training model and lack of teachers. Therefore, the government and universities should fulfill their duties to take appropriate measures to promote international student education in Jilin. The government can expand propaganda, establish pluralistic scholarships system, and establish education resource sharing platform, while the universities can perform the reform of training and teaching mode, cultivate professional teachers, advance education management, and join hands with the government to improve the international students educational in China together.
